Why this exists

New AI tools launch faster than anyone can reasonably track. Most directories solve this by listing everything and letting ads or paid placement decide what you see first. This one works the other way: every tool on this site is picked because it's genuinely useful for a specific job, not because it paid to be here.

How tools get chosen

• It has to do the job it claims to do — tested or verified against its own product pages and documented capabilities, not marketing copy.
• It's listed with its real category, pricing model, and a plain description of what it's actually for.
• Nothing appears here as a paid placement. There's a "Submit a Tool" path for makers, but submission doesn't guarantee inclusion.

Who's behind it

The AI Tech Hub is run as an independent, one-person project — currently in its early build-out phase. The directory and news log are being filled in gradually rather than launched all at once, so expect this site to keep changing.
